Ninna-ji and it's Eighty-Eight Temple Pilgrimage

The Omuro Eighty-Eight Temple Pilgrimage is a short edition of the Shikoku Eighty-Eight Temple Pilgrimage. If you don't have a lot of time you can go to Ninnaji and make this pilgrimage, the walking takes about two hours.

It starts in the forest

The priest Kobo Daishi to whom the original pilgrimage on Shikoku is dedicated

Sometimes you have to climb a little bit

But you are awarded with a magnificent view
to the mountains, just two kilometers away
from the city!
